Rogers Towers protects copyrightable properties (books, music, computer programs, photographs and the like) through counseling, registration procedures, and litigation.
Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition:
Rogers Towers' attorneys advise clients on methods of protecting valuable trade secret assets. We provide employment contracts and consulting arrangements, which cover the maintenance of confidentiality, and we prepare licensing and assignment agreements for trade secret information. Rogers Towers handles lawsuits involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contracts regarding the disclosure of trade secret information. We litigate other unfair competition matters and help clients limit their exposure through preventative counseling.
