Together with brother Gary, Steve Pajcic grew up in Jacksonville and attended Paxon Senior High School, where he served as Valedictorian and Student Body President of his graduating class. An outstanding scholar and athlete in both high school and college, Steve is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Princeton University and a Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University Law School.
Steve was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1974, where he served for more than a decade while practicing law alongside his brother Gary in the firm they co-founded, Pajcic & Pajcic. In 1986, Steve was the Democratic nominee for Governor of Florida.
Like Gary, Steve has successfully tried numerous cases throughout Florida and, also like Gary, is a board certified civil trial lawyer with an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Steve is a member of The Jacksonville Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association and The American Bar Association. He is also a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Steve has served as both General Counsel for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and as President of the Jacksonville Community Council.
