Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Paul is a loving husband, the proud father of two children and dedicated member of his church. He graduated from University of Florida in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received his Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1981.
Licensed to practice Law in Florida and in the Federal Courts for over 25 years, Paul has been aggressively working to represent individuals and their families in resolving a variety of cases, including dealing with Federal income taxes, payroll taxes, and IRS liens.
