Mary joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 1983. Mary primarily practices in the area of non-residential real estate and currently leads the firm’s real estate department. Mary also handles tax deferred real estate transactions, and does corporate planning relating to real estate and asset purchase and sale transactions. She enjoys working with her clients in planning for the acquisition, improvement, leasing and disposition of real estate. Mary has been Board Certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar, and currently serves on the Florida Bar Real Estate Certification Committee. Recently, Mary was selected as a Florida “Super Lawyerâ€, one of the top five percent of lawyers practicing in the State of Florida, and also as one of Florida’s Legal Elite.
