"Tad" Griffin is a country boy from Indiana who has found it easy to feel at home in Northeast Florida. When his family moved to Nassau County, Tad attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1980 and Juris Doctorate in 1983.

Tad began his law career serving as an assistant public defender in Columbia County for three years. After practicing insurance defense with two of Jacksonville's top defense firms, Tad joined Pajcic & Pajcic in 1994 and quickly became a strong plaintiff's advocate.

Tad already has been lead attorney in several multi-million-dollar recoveries. While Tad has experience in all the cases handled by Pajcic & Pajcic, he has taken a special interest in automobile crashworthiness and vehicle rollover cases, and he is an active member of AIEG, the premier organization in the crashworthiness field. He was awarded board certification in civil trial law in 1992.
