Kenneth A. Tomchin is the founding shareholder of the firm. He was born and raised in Bluefield, West Virginia and graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with a B.A. in History, in 1984. He then received his law degree in 1987 from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Bar Team. He attended University of Florida Law School as a third year law student. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Tomchin became an associate attorney, and later, a shareholder, at the former law firm of Mahoney, Adams & Criser practicing in the area of commercial litigation and representing a wide variety of individual and small to large businesses. He founded the Firm of Tomchin & Odom, P.A. in the spring of 1997. Mr. Tomchin is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts. Mr. Tomchin has been reviewed and rated with the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell. He was recently certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Business Litigation.
