Mr. Peek was born in Richmond, Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in mathematics from Randolph-Macon College and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Peek was a member of the University of Virginia Law Review. Mr. Peek was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1995, the Florida Bar in 2000 and is currently rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Peek is a Florida Board certified tax attorney and he focuses on tax law, corporate law and business law.

Following law school, Mr. Peek joined McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe, LLP as an associate attorney in the taxation department. After leaving McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe, Mr. Peek spent approximately seven years with Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, P.A., where he continued his practice in tax and business law. In June of 2006, Mr. Peek joined the Firm as a partner. Mr. Peek currently is the chair of the Board of Directors at Discovery Montessori School and previously was a board member with the Carey Bishop Foundation.
