Frederick Kent concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and secured real estate lending. His practice also includes residential real estate, construction and construction lien law, mortgage foreclosures, commercial leases, title insurance and clearing of title defects.
Mr. Kent received his B.A. degree from Lafayette College in 1978. He received his J.D. from Florida State University in 1981.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Kent is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
