Akerman's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Right practice group represents creditors, creditors' committees, lenders, bankruptcy trustees and other parties in all aspects of bankruptcy law, debtor/creditor relations, and insolvency problems, including transactional and litigation matters. In addition, we also serve as receivers in many Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cases.
