Wills & Trusts:
Our extensive expertise includes the drafting of complex wills and trusts with credit shelter, qualified terminal interest property, and generation-skipping transfer tax provisions; irrevocable life insurance trusts; short-term trusts; and charitable trusts.
Probate Litigation:
Our probate litigation experience includes will contests and construction suits, objections to accountings; settling claim disputes; contested guardianships; fiduciary removal actions; construction of trusts and powers of attorney; and resolution of various homestead and real property issues involving decedents’ estates. Our attorneys also have experience in fiduciary accountings; federal estate tax returns; individual and fiduciary income tax returns; various state and local tax returns, as well as tax audits of estate tax returns and requests for IRS rulings.
